I am currently studying for my Ph.D. in the U.S., and my wife has come to stay with me during the final stages (I have two more years to go). We were planning to have our first child here, as I plan to do my post-doctoral work here as well. After President Trump’s announcement that birthright citizenship in the U.S. is no longer an option, I now see a few judges blocking the order. When would this be settled?

Find the Best EB5 Visa LawyersI am confident that Trump can’t end birthright citizenship with an Executive Order. It will require a Constitutional amendment as I understand the law.

Find the Best EB5 Visa LawyersYes, birthright citizenship is going to continue. Currently there is a nation-wide injunction against this administration's executive order aiming to end birthright citizenship.
