Why is my application time taking longer after biometrics and medical?

I applied for an EB1-A. Before the biometrics and medical, my I-765 processing was taking four weeks, but after both exams, it increased to 3 months. My I-131 was 3 months, then extended to 15 months after biometrics and medical. Why is this? Is it normal? Can the process be expedited?

This is normal. The posted case processing times are approximate and change all the time. Average I-765 and I-131 processing times we are currently seeing are between 3 and 6 months.

You should ask the government. The lawyers have zero to do with processing times.
