Yesterday, I received an email from the embassy saying that my case was sent back to USCIS for revocation. What are my chances of still winning in this situation, and what do I need to do? Should I sue the USCIS, or should I wait and hope that my case will be reapproved by USCIS?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryI would need more details to advise you. Did they give you some idea at the consulate what their concerns were? Eventually you will get a letter from USCIS of a Notice of Intent to Revoke, which is your chance to respond to their concerns.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryUSCIS may or may not agree with the US Embassy. If it agrees with the US Embassy, they will mail you a notice of intent to revoke and you will have an opportunity to respond. You should have an experienced immigration attorney assist you in such case.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryIf USCIS agrees with the embassy, and intends to revoke your EB-5 visa approval, they should send you a notice of intent to revoke and allow you to respond.
