I am from Brazil looking into a possible investment in EB-5 as a direct investor. A family friend already living in the US is doing the project and I am funding part of it. I am looking into the documents of the project. I need to understand the minimum it should say about EB5 investment refund in case the project fails. How long should it take for the money to get back to me if the project fails?
