
What’s the estimated reasonable processing time for adjudicating an EB-5 investment in an approved rural project? I read on your website that there are some approvals taking less than three months depending on their nationality, but I imagine it is not like that for everybody. Can we expect the adjudication process to take 3 months or 12 months?

Immigration attorneysThey are getting faster all the time, and it depends on whether it is a rural project that USCIS is already familiar with so I would estimate on the shorter end if it's a familiar project to USCIS and at least the longer end if not.
