My EB-5 direct investment project filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy after the I-829 application was filed. I assume my immigration attorney should have reviewed and validated the job creation information before filing with the USCIS. Does it mean that my I-829 application is safe? My priority date for I-829 is Jan 2020. Should I follow up with my attorney now?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryAbsolutely- Get the details from the attorney and the project. Chapter 11 is sometimes just a reorganization and not a full bankruptcy.
