I am planning to file my I-829 in three months. Does my I-829 require W-2s, I-9s or payroll report from the project, or can I just provide the current construction expenditure with the economic report? As for the economic report, can it be the same one as I used to file my I-526 or do I need a new one with current construction expenditures?
thank you

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYou will need W-2s, quarterly payroll reports, proof of status. Since these cases take a long time to adjudicate, it is important to thoroughly address each of the required issues.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryIt depends on how the jobs were to be created-you definitely want an updated economic report and K-1s to show investment was sustained until I-829 filing. I-9s may be required if operational jobs counted.
