What countries do you see becoming more active in EB-5?

The other Asian countries, including Vietnam and India as well as the Latin American countries, especially Mexico, Brazil and Columbia are expected to see an increase in EB-5 petitions.

Middle Eastern countries, Brazil, Venezuela, India, Russia, South Korea, Egypt, Nigeria and South Africa appear to have increasing interest.

Currently foreign nationals from all countries are becoming increasingly aware of the EB-5 program. There will be more EB-5 investors from such countries located in Europe and South America.

Vietnam and India are emerging markets. Also, South America and Africa in the long term should see increasing numbers.

We see interest from all around the world. The Middle East and South America are getting more active, and we have worked with investors from those regions as well as the rest of Asia, Africa, and Europe.

Countries in the Middle East and India should experience EB-5 growth in the coming years.

Brazil, Venezuela, Vietnam and the Middle East are all showing a greater interest in the EB-5 visa program, although not to the extent of China. If properly marketed, India seems to have increased interest in the EB-5 program.

I believe that Russia and the former CIS countries are the next up and coming EB-5 nations.
