I am contacting you to ensure I am making the right decision. I had started reviewing the EB-5 visa program last year, and as I see it now, I’d better apply before it becomes more expensive or it ends in 2027 without renewal. A couple of my friends are already residing on temporary visas while they wait for final approval, and so far their process seems OK But I am concerned for the backlog for Indian investors, which is my nationality.

Immigration attorneysI don’t see any reason not to apply now As an Indian you may want to look at the projects in the set-aside categories which are current even for Indians.

Immigration attorneysI think it is still good time to apply for EB-5 as the total number of petitions is not so high to cause very long backlog if it happens later.
