If I decide not to continue my EB-5 application, do I get a refund?

I would like to know if something unfortunate happened after I started my EB-5 application process that made me unable to move to the U.S. Am I guaranteed the total return of my investment funds if I withdraw before a certain stage?

You would need to review the specific project documents of the project where you invested.

Few projects allow withdrawal unless there is a denial, and even then, there must be adequate cash to refund. No guarantees allowed in this program.

Refund provisions vary by project and are governed by your subscription agreement/NCE limited partnership/operating agreement. Best to check with them.

No, you are not guaranteed a refund. Most likely, if you choose to discontinue your EB-5 process, you will be bound with the term of investment. All of this is discussed in the PPM; read it.

This is a case specific question as it will depend on the project you invest in and the terms of the subscription agreement/PPM.
