I am planning to enroll in an EB-5 regional center program before the Dec. 11 deadline. I have heard a lot about the possible “retrogression.” I am wondering how retrogression affects non-Chinese EB-5 applicants (Taiwanese in my case)? How much influence on the application processing timetable is retrogression expected to have?
