I have a recently approved regional center and I submitted Form I-924A for FY 2016, but there was a mistake and I need to resubmit a corrected form. Am I required to pay another filing fee to submit the corrected form or is there another way to submit corrections?

Immigration attorneysI recommend interfiling an amendment into a pending case.

Immigration attorneysI would amend the form and explain the error and interfile. I would also reference that in the new annual filing.

Immigration attorneysAn attempt to correct through the filing of an amendment should not result in payment of another filing fee. However, make sure that the filing is marked as an Amendment of the pending application/petition. That way, USCIS should accept it without requesting the payment of another filing fee. Your action would be viewed as a continuation of existing/pending applications.
