My attorney submitted my I-526E petition at the end of May. The check was cashed, and we received the preliminary receipt from the lockbox a couple of weeks later. However, almost three months later, we have not received the formal receipt notice. My attorney is saying it is taking 4+ months to get the receipts. Is this accurate?

Find the Best EB5 Visa LawyersIt’s been taking a very long time to get receipts due to the April 1 rush; 4 months for a receipt is about right.
