How long does it take for a motion to reopen to be processed?

My I-526 application was denied due to issues with the paperwork from the developer. They filed an I-290B motion to reopen with new paperwork in June 2023. However, I haven’t received any response regarding the motion to reopen. I’m wondering how long it usually takes to respond to cases like this.

You can check the processing times or call them with your receipt number.

There is no standard period, but my guess is you will hear in a few months unless the case is under investigation.

Check the AAO processing times and add 6 months to it.
