We are building an infrastructure project consisting of 7 floors with 48 units. How can we get this project approved by the USCIS to have EB-5 investors?

You need to file Form I-956 and comply with all the requirements. I suggest counsel to assist in this process.

If you want to have multiple EB-5 investors, the project must be sponsored by a USCIS-approved regional center. Also, the project must file its own project application with USCIS. The project must be able to create at least 10 jobs per investor.

First things first – your project is NOT an infrastructure project. You seriously need to think through the description of your project before raising money. Calling a building “infrastructure” connotates the wrong classification and wrongfully connotates expedited approval.
