We have a commercial real estate project in the states. We”ve heard that the EB-5 program is a great way to find low interest funding for projects such as ours. We understand the complexity of Regional Center designation and of getting the actual visas approved. However, how do we actually market our project to investors in order to spur interest and get the ball rolling?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryParticipation in the EB 5 program is a wonderful process, however it is a long and thoughtful process. To begin to understand the mindset of investors and how a valid US project can be applied to it, it is best to attend several seminars, exhibitions (both domestic and abroad) which focus on EB 5. By now, I would have thought that US banks would have returned to their lending activity; they have not and will not. As such, any personal and financial investment in the EB 5 program which is a long term investment is worthwhile.
