I am from India, and there is a wire transfer limit every year for how much money we can send outside the country. Therefore, if I invest in the EB-5 visa, I need to take care of the difference in another way because I cannot wire more than $250,000 per year. I wonder if I could have my relatives and trusted friends send the rest of the money for me. It would be my money, not theirs. Is this something people can do?

Immigration attorneysPeople do it all the time, but you need the paperwork to show it is in fact your money for USCIS purposes.
