If I invested in a well-established liquor distribution warehouse in New York, would this type of investment qualify for the EB-5 visa program? Would this be a direct investment? What would I need to do with the investment to meet the program requirements?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYes, this would be a direct investment and could certainly be doable for EB-5. I suggest setting up a consultation to go over the details with you as to what is needed to succeed.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryAlways complicated investing in an existing business. Best to create a new business, and how will you create ten new jobs?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryThis would indeed qualify as an EB-5 investment vehicle as a direct EB5. In addition to the investment requirements, keep in mind that you will need to create 10 new U.S jobs.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryWell-established warehouse = not a great EB-5 option. Job creation is an issue.
