I invested in an EB-5 project but do not want a green card now, so I want to withdraw my funds now that my blocking period is over. Can I still withdraw my funds?

Immigration attorneysIt also depends on the agreements you signed with the regional center, which include partnership or LLC operating agreement and subscription agreement in which there should have some terms describing how and when you can withdraw your funds.
