I run a successful website and most of my income is generated from Google AdSense, a service of Google that allows advertisers to display ads on a website and pay the site owner. I want to use this income for my EB-5 application. The AdSense account is registered under my name and I can provide the wire transfer receipts from Google. Are these materials enough to prove the legal source of funds? What else do I need?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryAs long as you can trace the source of funds from the Google Adsense and that the funds were not earned in the U.S., you should be able to use these funds as income for EB-5 purposes. Transfer receipts would be necessary, but you need to make sure the receipts specify where the money actually came from. It may take more documentation than just the receipts to satisfy USCIS.

EB-5 Broker DealersFrom your brief explanation, it appears to me that your source of funds is legitimate. You have not mentioned where you reside, though. If you are overseas and earning these funds, I cannot see why you should not be able to use them to fund your EB-5 investment. If, on the other hand, you are in the U.S. and do not have proper authorizations to earn these funds, you could have an issue. Your best bet is to explain the details of your complete situation to an immigration attorney.

Immigration Attorneys DirectorySince this appears to be legitimately earned income you should be able to document this with an explanation. And since the AdSense account is registered under your name and you can provide the wire transfer receipts from Google, this should be viable.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYes, the record of your earnings as described is enough as legal source of funds.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryThe issue is: Did you earn the money legally? What was your immigration status when you earned it? If it is not deemed to be illegal work, then the receipts and tax returns should be sufficient to prove source of funds

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryYes, you can use such income was part of your EB-5 investment as long as your source of funds proof documents what you outlined and with sufficient receipts from Google.

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryThat's a decent start, but you'll need more supporting evidence such as a declaration and tax returns.
