I submitted my I-526 about 14 months ago and recently got a decision from USCIS that my application was denied. The reason for the denial is that the lawyer missed sending two-year tax returns out of the last seven years’ tax returns. I filed MTR/MTC but lost trust in the project. I don’t want to waste my priority date, given the denial is not my fault. What options do I have now?
