I’ve decided to withdraw from the EB-5 project in January 2023. We received the withdrawal confirmation letter from USCIS in February 2023. When we decided to withdraw, we had yet to receive approval for our I-526 petition. Can we ask for a refund now? Is there any way to expedite the return of our funds?
