How can I get my EB-5 money refunded?

My I-526 was denied, and I am looking for someone who can help me get a refund. It is stated that there is a refund and an insurance fund.

You will need an attorney located in the state of the project to review the project documents you signed and then work with you to contact the Regional Center and/or start litigation for recovery.
