Has Related Companies returned any investor money it raised through EB5 offerings from 2015 to 2017 for its Hudson Yards project? We are EB-5 investors and have not received funds back despite the process being completed.

However, it still depends on the terms and conditions of the project agreements such as partnership agreement or LLC's operating agreement and subscription agreement you signed with Hudson Yards. The terms and conditions may set some conditions of how and when you can get back your investment funds.
