My company owns a facility that converts waste into energy and needs $2,000,000 of investor dollars per location. Can we set up an investment pool through the EB-5 program?

Immigration attorneysYou can accept pooled EB-5 investments if your projected is sponsored by Regional Center approved by USCIS. Thus, you either need to set a Regional Center yourself or affiliate with one.

Normally, blind-pool investments are not favored and that is why the identification of each location to be included in the offering is what will work.
