How do I get the extension from 18 months to 24 months for my I-797 for EB-5?

I have see a new notification from USCIS. They said they will extend I-797 from 18 to 24 months. Do we have to wait for a new notice to be sent to our address, or do we need to fill our a form to get a new one?

You should call the USCIS service center and request the 24-month extension, or an InfoPass appointment to seek an extension stamp.

Their notice says they will be sending automatically but I have not seen any of these yet.

USCIS has indicated that it will issue new receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents who properly filed their Form I-829 before Sept. 4 and whose cases are still pending. Those receipt notices will also serve as evidence of continued status for 24 months past the expiration date on their green card.
