I live in United States and my girlfriend lives in India and is an indian citizen.
I currently have a conditional greencard and my I-829 is already filed.
As I am dependent on my father”s EB-5 application can I marry my girlfriend without losing my application ?

Immigration Attorneys DirectoryIf you have reached 21 years of age or married during the period of conditional permanent residency, you may still be included in the petition of the investor or you could have chosen to file a separate petition. If you get married, you will most likely have to file an I-130 petition for her as a spouse.
