I have submitted my DS-260 and USCIS is now asking for civil documents. Do I need to submit any documents pertaining to my EB-5 projects and personal assets to NVC or would civil documents be enough? I was told to submit everything to NVC after DS-260 (civil docs, proof of assets, project information, personal resume, etc.) and I wonder if this is really necessary.

Thus, there is no need to submit everything again. Taking precautionary measures, maybe you would consider taking a copy of your case at the time of the Embassy interview.
