I received a Request for Evidence from USCIS in March 2023. I sent them the documents the next month and they approved my RFE. How much after such approval is USCIS expected to send my EB-5 case to NVC?

Find the Best EB5 Visa LawyersWhat matters is the I-526 approval, not the RFE approval. After I-526 the forwarding time varies greatly. If you do not have an NVC number after 60 days, I usually follow up with NVC.
