My EB-5 visa, which I filed for in 2019, got approved in Sept. 2022. However, I am still waiting for my travel document, work permits and green card. We filed for the papers in February and never heard back. Do I need to take any extra steps, or just wait? Is it advisable to contact USCIS about this? How long does it usually take?

Immigration attorneysThe work and travel authorization usually takes between 6-8 months. If you contact USCIS, they are going to tell you that your case is under normal processing times.
