Can I request the USCIS a list of approved direct investments?

I want to invest in a project, and I am looking at direct investments and regional center projects. However, regional centers are the ones sending me the 956Fs, but not al direct investments do. Isn’t this obligatory for all projects? Can I ask the USCIS for the 956Fs of independent projects as well?

Independent projects only allow one investor – you.

There is no directory of Direct or Standalone investments. That is, projects that are raising capital for one investor only are not required to file project applications with USCIS. Hence, there are no I-956Fs for direct projects, only regional center projects which are raising capital for more than 1 EB-5 investor.

No such thing exists. There is no project application for a direct as it’s only one investor per project.

The USCIS does NOT list investments. It lists Regional Center approvals only: https://www.uscis.gov/working-in-the-united-states/permanent-workers/employment-based-immigration-fifth-preference-eb-5/eb-5-immigrant-investor-regional-centers/approved-eb-5-immigrant-investor-regional-centers
