Shae Armstrong is a Partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP, based in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office.
Attorney Armstrong has experience representing sponsors and real estate developers in numerous financings related to the EB-5 industry. Prior to joining Bradley, he served as a counsel for real estate investment groups and regional centers. Armstrong also advises private funds and investment companies in regard to fund structuring, compliance procedures, placement contracts, and related agreements, among others. He provides pro bono services to Legal Hospice of North Texas, Transparency International, and Hunger Busters of Dallas.
Armstrong has advised U.S. House and Senate offices and committees of the U.S. Congress, as well as policy and industry trade groups regarding EB-5 matters. He has contributed to books and publications about the EB-5 program, and his work has been cited in many publications. He frequently lectures before various organizations and bar associations.
He is also a Certified Financial Crime Specialist through ACFCS. He advises his clients on anti-money laundering matters and FCPA compliance.
Shae Armstrong is licensed with the United States Court of International Trade, as well as with the Supreme Court of Texas. He also holds his Series 22 and 63 securities licenses, and he is a Texas licensed real estate salesperson. He earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business and his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While at Tulsa Law, he also earned his Certificate in Comparative and International Law and was a member of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law. He holds an Executive Global Master’s in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
