Jay M. Rosen is an EB-5 corporate and securities attorney, and a partner at Arnstein & Lehr, LLP. He works out of the firm’s Miami, Fla. office, and is a member of both the corporate transactions and counseling practice group, and the securities practice group. Attorney Rosen practices general corporate & securities law, and specializes in assisting with private offerings made under the EB-5 visa program.

Attorney Rosen obtained his Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University in 1999. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2002. He pursued further studies and completed his Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2003. In 2004, Attorney Rosen was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, and remains actively registered. Before he joined Arnstein & Lehr, LLP, he was an associate of Carlton Fields, P.A.
Aside from providing clients with various legal services, Attorney Rosen is a member of several professional organizations. He serves Carrfour Supportive Housing, Inc. as a member of the board of directors and is a committee member of The Shul of Downtown.
