Jay M. Rosen is an EB-5 corporate and securities attorney, and a partner at Arnstein & Lehr, LLP. He pursued further studies and completed his Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2003. In 2004, Attorney Rosen was admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, and remains actively registered. Before he joined Arnstein & Lehr, LLP, he was an associate of Carlton Fields, P.A.
Aside from providing clients with various legal services, Attorney Rosen is a member of several professional organizations. He serves Carrfour Supportive Housing, Inc. as a member of the board of directors and is a committee member of The Shul of Downtown.
