Bruce C. Rosetto is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He works out of the firm’s Boca Raton, Fla., office where he practices corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies, banks, private equity funds and investment banks. His practice focuses on assisting small-to-middle-market U.S. public companies and entrepreneurs in a variety of industries such as banking, bio-tech, environmental, life sciences, technology, and more. Attorney Rosetto particularly specializes in transactions under the EB-5 program, and represents a broad spectrum of clients utilizing both the regional center and direct investment model. His EB-5 clients include regional centers, including those that are government-owned, hotel developers, real estate developers, franchisees, casinos, manufacturers and others.
Attorney Rosetto counsels his client base in the areas of securities, corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, broker/dealer regulation, investment banking, and general corporate transactional work. He also has expertise in providing counsel on matters related to employment law, banking, intellectual property and licensing, and real estate transactions. His representative experience includes assisting with a number of multi-million dollar transactions, and he has handled a $25 million IPO in health care, a $50 million SPAC offering, and a $40 million bank merger, among other significant representations. Attorney Rosetto previously served as the chairman and CEO of a venture-backed environmental company, and also as executive vice president and general counsel of a NASDAQ NMS company in the manufacturing industry.
A frequent lecturer on business law, Attorney Rosetto has also authored and co-authored articles for publications such as the Practical Law The Journal and the Daily Business Review. He is involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority, for which he serves as vice chairman on the Board of Directors, along with acting as director of the Enterprise Development Corporation. Attorney Rosetto has been frequently recognized for his accomplishments. For example, from 2012 to 2014 he has been listed in Super Lawyers magazine as one of the Florida Super Lawyers, and he was previously a finalist for Inc. Magazine’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
Attorney Rosetto received his bachelor’s degree from La Salle University and his Juris Doctor from the Villanova University School of Law. He is actively admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and New Jersey.
