Omega Florida Regional Center was approved as an EB-5 Regional Center in March 2013. A USCIS approved regional center is a reputable business that has been authorized to receive immigrant investor capital. Omega Florida Regional Center is authorized to offer EB-5 investment opportunities pertaining to the industries of construction, and nursing and residential facilities in the following Florida counties: Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Dade, Desoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Monroe, Palm Beach, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota.
Omega Florida Regional Center is an affiliate of Omega Communities, a developer of senior living facilities. This means that Omega Florida Regional Center will partially fund new Omega communities by providing EB-5 investor capital. Compared to other business ventures, these senior living facilities are considered to be relatively safe and secure investments. Not simply traditional senior living facilities, these Omega communities will be associated with locally sponsored churches to provide mutual support and benefit. Omega’s rental model requires no deposit and is flexible in order to meet future inflation and economic uncertainties.
