The Extell New York Regional Center (ENYRC) is a USCIS accredited Regional Center operated by the Extell Development Company, one of New York City’s most active developers of real estate. Conveniently located in New York City—one of the world’s most dynamic and vibrant geographic centers—ENYRC administers development projects that enable foreign investors to participate in the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.
The EB-5 Immigrant Investors Program affords investors, their spouse, and their unmarried children under the age of 21 the ability to become permanent residents of the United States. This permanent residency enables immigrants to permanently relocate to the United States to live and work and even affords them the ability to eventually become full U.S. citizens. To be granted an EB-5 visa, foreign investors must make an investment in a U.S. based business project that stimulates the American economy by creating new jobs for U.S. workers. The EB-5 projects that are administered by ENYRC are designed to meet all USCIS EB-5 mandates, such as job creation requirements. The EB-5 projects administered by ENYRC are located in six New York metropolitan area counties including Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Nassau, and Westchester.

Extell Development’s world class team is headed by CEO Gary Barnett. Mr. Barnett has become one of the United States’ premier real estate developers. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Mr. Barnett worked in the international diamond industry. Mr. Barnett earned his Master’s Degree in Economics from Hunter College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Queens College. He provides policy guidance and marketing oversight for ENYRC.
