Dentinger has served as the national director of HUD/FHA Multifamily Finance for three nationally-recognized mortgage banking firms, most recently in 2007 at Key Bank Real Estate Capital. He also served as the director of finance for a central Florida-headquartered apartment developer/builder, where he was directly responsible for the arrangement of over $130 million in financing involving 2,200 units of new construction rental apartments. He currently holds a mortgage broker’s license and an active real estate license in the state of Florida. Dentinger is an HUD-approved Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) underwriter, and he graduated from Michigan State University with his bachelor’s degree in financial administration.
