American Life, Inc. Ventures Everett located in Everett, Wash. is an EB-5 Regional Center overseen by American Life, Inc. Regional Center. American Life focuses on the real estate industry, which includes property development, building construction, building renovation, property leasing, and property management. The goal at American Life is to bring people, capital, and strategies together to build better urban communities throughout the United States, and to assist their international investors in receiving lawful permanent U.S. residency. Since their establishment, American Life has delivered over 1,000 EB-5 visas and has developed a portfolio of over 39 urban properties valued at approximately $1 billion.
In 2012, American Life expanded its investment projects from Seattle to Southern California, and eventually to Miami, Atlanta, and New York. Their intention is to give investors the opportunity to choose investment opportunities in a variety of locations.

Henry Liebman is the CEO and chairman of the board of American Life, Inc. He founded the regional center in 1996 and currently oversees all daily company operations and strategic planning. Liebman has over 20 years of experience in real estate and immigration law, and more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate management and investment. He is often invited to speak on topics concerning business and immigration at organizations throughout the Northwest and abroad. Liebman has also authored The Immigration Handbook, which has been published in the United States, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
Liebman earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Washington in 1973 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Puget Sound in 1980.
George Steinhauer is the president of American Life, Inc. Steinhauer has spent his entire career in construction and real estate development. He currently directs all large-scale development projects at American Life. He previously served as president of a construction and residential development company that specialized in urban infill mid-rise projects for 15 years. Prior to joining American Life, he was vice president of development of a billion-dollar institutional real estate investment firm.
Steinhauer received his Bachelor of Science in economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1984. He is an active board member of Mercer Island Boys and Girls Club. He and his wife are active, longtime supporters of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
