Ying Xiao

Yingchao Xiao is an EB-5 immigration attorney and co-founder of Lee & Xiao, located in San Marino, Calif. Her practice is focused on international trade law, business immigration law, U.S. customs law and intellectual property law. She has over a decade of experience practicing law.

Attorney Xiao received her Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 1991. Prior to that, she graduated from Xian Foreign Languages Institute with a bachelor’s degree. Attorney Xiao is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
