Xiaosheng Huang is an EB-5 immigration attorney of HT Consultation Corp. Attorney Huang has more than 20 years of experience as an immigration attorney. His practice areas encompass all kinds of immigration cases, human rights, Sino-U.S. investment and trade, federal criminal defense, and removal defense.

Originally from Henan, China, Huang earned a degree in Geography from East China Normal University. He then went on to obtain law degrees from both the Foreign Affairs College in Beijing and from the University of Notre Dame Law School in Indiana. He has served as an elected People’s Representative for Shanghai’s Putuo District. He is also currently the honorary chairman of the Chinese Association of Las Vegas and was previously the association’s chairman from 2004 – 2008. In addition, Huang is the author of the best-selling novels, “Suing the USA,” and “A Tale of Two Countries”. Attorney Huang is fluent in English and Chinese.
