Attorney Culbreath completed his undergraduate degree, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in political science and international affairs at the University of South Florida in 1998. He studied law at the Stetson University College of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2000. He worked as a clerk in several law firms and later worked in the government and became a prosecutor for the state attorney’s office. In 2003, he became an associate attorney at Jaensch Immigration Law Firm. In 2008, he left Jaensch and founded his own immigration law firm. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
