Pollyanna Molina is an immigration attorney at International Immigration Group, LLC, a law firm headquartered in Miami, Fla. She is experienced in providing legal counsel on a wide range of corporate U.S. business/employment immigration matters, including EB-5 investment visas, citizenship, nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and consular processing. She has advised multinational corporations, along with businesses employing foreign nationals on all facets of nonimmigrant visa applications, including L-1A, TN, H-1B, H-2B, O-1, E-1, E-2, and P-1.
Attorney Molina has represented EB-5 foreign investors in investments made through USCIS-approved regional centers and also direct investments. This includes filing of the I-526 petition, I-485 applications (adjustment of status), submission of DS-230/DS-260 applications (consular processing), and filing of I-829 petitions. Attorney Molina has a number of years’ experience in the immigration law field, and previously headed her own law firm, Molina & Associates, PLLC, which she founded in McAllen, Texas.
An active member of the Indiana State Bar since 2006, Attorney Molina has also remained in good standing since her admission. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2005. Prior to that, she received her Master of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas in 2002. She also graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1999 with her Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business. In addition to her legal work, Attorney Molina serves on the board of directors for a not-for-profit organization, Be the Match. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
