Gerald Cipolla of Cipolla Law Group, located in Chicago, is an EB-5 immigration attorney with wide-ranging experience in different areas of immigration law. Attorney Cipolla lived in Sweden and France while completing his Juris Doctor, in China while obtaining his master’s degree in law, and in Finland for his Master of Business Administration. His diverse educational background in law and business provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of both the law and business aspects of his clients’ visa cases. He deals with employment-based visas, such as L1 and H1-B, and investment visas on a daily basis, along with working on national interest waivers and extraordinary ability green card applications. From scientists to investors, his clientele is varied, like his work and educational background.
He has taught business and contract law as an adjunct law professor at the City Colleges of Chicago. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and Chicago Bar Association. In addition to his foreign educational credentials, he also attended DePaul University for his Bachelor of Science in biological science and for a portion of his Juris Doctor. He also has a master’s in computer science from University of Chicago. He is registered to practice law in Illinois, and federal immigration law all across the United States.
