He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 1996, and graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego, Calif., in 2000 with his Doctor of Law degree. Attorney Sheen is licensed to practice law before all California State Courts, as well as United States Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.
