However, he realized during one of their operations that he should be helping these undocumented and illegal immigrants instead.
This change of heart and realization led attorney Fishkin to study law. He studied law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Aside from his Juris Doctor degree, he also holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian studies and a Master of Arts in Asian studies, both of which he obtained from California State University at Long Beach. He is admitted to practice law in California, the Central District of California and U.S. District Court.
