Bryan Caulkins is an EB-5 fund administrator. He is the co-founder of Proxy Financial, a financial services company based in Miami, Florida.
Proxy Financial provides capital solutions to the global market with its wealth management, financial planning and investment advisory services. Established in 2017, the company also offers Enterprise Solutions, Proxy Insurance, Proxy Capital and Proxy Wealth organizations.
Caulkins started his career in finance on Wall Street, where he worked in several capacities for a decade. He then worked at an investor relations boutique focused on the Latin American market. While studying in Chile, he started his own consulting firm. After completing his MBA, he returned to the United States and served as a registered representative at The Principal Financial Group. He went on to co-found Proxy to expand his international footprint.
Caulkins earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of São Paulo, Brazil; a master’s degree in financial derivatives from the University Adolfo Ibañez, Chile; and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School, Belgium.
He holds his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses and his Life and Variable Annuity licenses in Florida. He volunteers as the director of the Central Florida Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce.
Caulkins is a native Portuguese speaker and is fluent in Spanish and French.
