Erin Osborne is the founder and managing partner of EB5 Economist – an economic report compiling company working closely with various EB-5 projects and regional centers across the United States. The team has successfully completed over 100 EB-5 related economic reports.
Osborne is also the CEO of Winlo Management Group, a full-service investment banking and financial services broker-dealer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and EB-5 investments.
Osborne worked as an economic and financial analyst before entering the EB-5 industry. She also works at several top financial institutions such as Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a derivative securities professional. She has a broad finance background, which includes experience across business due diligence, competitive analyses, strategic planning, high net worth investment management, as well as sales and trading.
While working at Bank of America in New York, she led the structuring, trading, marketing and execution of derivative investment products with an annual investment volume of over $12 billion. She also headed her team in product creation and investment analysis on a global scale. Osborne currently maintains Series 7, Series 66, Series 79 and Series 24 FINRA licenses.
Osborne earned her degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
