AISA is a Louisville-based broker-dealer firm committed to helping EB-5 investors make properly informed investment decisions. The company’s step-by-step research process involves, in part, project submission and initial screening, including reviews of the executive summary, publicly available information, and deal status; intermediate analysis, which consists of reviews of docs compliance, escrow, and then offering terms; an initial investment committee review to determine if the project should be submitted for more extensive analysis; subsequent due diligence featuring market and project analysis, econometrics and job study evaluation, criminal background checks, and verification of documents; a second committee check for project adherence to AISA criteria; and finally, positioning and marketing.

AISA’s designed output for EB-5 investor clients in terms of assessing the risks of green card attainment involves review of regional center rating, EB-5 compliance, project readiness, and escrow account terms. AISA also analyzes the criteria that will affect obtaining permanent residency, such as demand and business outlook, job-creation analysis, quality of business planning, and experience of the sponsorship group. In respect to the probability of invested principle being returned, the firm reviews details such as real assets per EB-5 dollar, exit strategy, and liquidity and solvency. AISA furthermore analyzes the investment’s overall returns and costs through facets such as expenses and fees, implied cost of the green card, returns to non EB-5 investors, and more.
