William Block has distinguished himself in many facets of the financial services industry, having over 18 years of experience in international and private banking, commercial lending, and educational public speaking. Block currently offers his banking and escrow solutions skills at CalPrivate Bank in San Diego, California. Before this role, Block had worked with Royal Bank of Scotland in England, as well as HSBC, Chase, and Citi Group in the United States.
In the transition from mainstream banking to specialized products, most notably escrow solutions in the EB-5 industry, Block has assisted clients with sales growth, business development, project management, and general education and guidance on the USCIS EB-5 program. Block has advised potential developers on the prospects of their EB-5 projects, as well as created marketing materials to enhance developer brands and expose them to a variety of targeted leads.
