Harjit Grewal is a regulated Canadian immigration consultant and the founder of Sterling Immigration Ltd. He established the firm in 2012 after moving from the United Kingdom to Canada and receiving designation from the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). The firm covers entrepreneur and investor immigration, the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program, creative and sporting visas, as well as family sponsorship.
Grewal is assisted by his team of dedicated lawyers and paralegals, who have been recognized as one of the leaders in Canadian immigration services. The Georgia Straight, a Canadian newspaper, rated Sterling Immigration Ltd as one of the top three Canadian immigration firms in Vancouver in 2015 and 2016.
Between 2006-2011, Grewal practiced British immigration law with the Immigration Advisory Service, serving as a member of the Law Society of England & Wales as well as the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner.
Grewal frequently publishes articles on the various aspects of Canadian immigration law. In addition to being accredited by the ICCRC, he also has a membership with the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC-ACCPI), a Commissioner of Oaths and a licensed recruiter of foreign workers.
Grewal earned both his Bachelor of Law degree and Master of Law degree in the United Kingdom. He fluently speaks English and Punjabi.
